1. Check in & Check out time
We offer 24 hours Check in Check out time to our guests.
2. Cancellation policy
Guaranteed Room Reservations not cancelled 6 hours before arrival would attract a retention charge equivalent to one night’s room tariff. In the event of a cancellation before 6 hours, please retain the cancellation number, to ensure that no retention charge is levied.
3. Amendment policy
Please make sure to amendment at least 6 hours of check in. We would be happy to accommodate your amendments. This is subject to availability.
4. Occupancy Policy
a. A maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids (up to 8 years of age) can stay in an Executive or Standard room
b. This might differ for Deluxe Rooms & suites which has a greater occupancy potential
5. Child policy
Maximum of 2 kids up to 8 years old are allowed free of cost. Breakfast will be provided. But no extra bed will be provided.
6. Extra bed
Extra adult occupying the same room with 2 other adults in a room will be charged extra according to the hotels extra person rates. This rate is including bed and breakfast.
7. Pet policy
No pets are allowed inside the Shoba Hotels premises
8. Late check out
a. Late check-out of an hour extra can be accommodated at no extra cost subject to availability.
b. Check-out more than an hour will be charged at the full next day’s rate
9. Early check out
a. No discount will be allowed in case a guest checks-out earlier than the scheduled check-out time. Once checked-in, full day’s tariff will be applicable
b. Refund will be made against balance night/s in case a guest decides to check out before the departure date
Guests are requested to settle their bills directly while checking out. We accept cash and major Credit & Debit cards. We are not in a position to accept personal checks and a signing facility is extended only to those corporate accounts that have a credit facility with the respective hotel.
a. We follow a strict Non Smoking policy at public areas and hotel corridors.
b. Prior information for a Smoking or Non-smoking Room will enable us to provide on priority, subject to availability.
12. Hotel Stay/Entry restrictions
a. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel.
The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, or Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.
Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
b. International guest required to fill up C-Form and present Passport and Valid Indian Visa.
c. As per government regulation any non-resident guests accompanying a resident guest to his/her room must furnish their government approved photo ID proof
d. Non-resident guest are not allowed to stay beyond 10pm in a resident guest’s room else he/she must get registered as an extra occupant in the room.
e. The hotel reserves the right of admission for local residents. Accommodation can be denied to guests residing in the same city.
f. Customers agree and undertake to use their room responsibly. Therefore, any conduct contrary to accepted standards of behaviour and public order will result in the management asking the customer to leave the hotel with no compensation and/or refund if a payment has already been made.
g. If no payment has been made, the customer will have to pay the price of nights already stayed before leaving the hotel.
